Guí a OncoSur de Cáncer de ovar io 26 > RECOMENDACIONES – En cáncer de ovario en aparente estadio inicial, se recomienda completar todos los procedimientos de estadificación intraperitoneal y retroperitoneal para determinar la presencia de enfermedad oculta. – La cirugía primaria debe ser la primera opción de tratamiento en el COA. Solo en aquellos casos no tributarios de este manejo se recomienda la quimioterapia neoadyuvante como opción alternativa tras evaluación por un comité multidisciplinar de tumores ginecológicos.
