cesos fisiológicos y fisiopatológicos. Sin embargo, todavía quedan

numerosas cuestiones por resolver en conocimiento de las MVE.

Es necesario normalizar la metodología, optimizando y validando

los sistemas de identificación y enumeración, para poder usarlas

en el diagnóstico clínico. Además, la mejor caracterización de las

MVE y el conocimiento de los procesos y rutas que intervienen

en su producción y liberación son necesarios para poder intervenir

sobre ellas a nivel terapéutico.
